I was greasing my drive shaft and noticed this while I was under there...

I assume I need to pull the pan and replace the gasket, change the filter while I am there and replace the ATF fluid too. Thoughts?

I have noticed over the last month or so it shifts a little harder, I typically get a thud when it is warming up and I am driving out of my neighborhood.

Parts for this look cheap, and seems easy enough, imagine something will go wrong, but worth a shot.

I checked the torque on all of them and they were at ~35 in-lbs or less, so I took them all to 65 in-lbs and cleaned it up. I have been checking it every other day and there are no leaks.

I would recommend everyone check the torque on their transmission pan, it is very easy, and worth the time.
