    Hi all,
I’m getting ready to replace my 3.4 at home, and will be starting with dropping my transmission. While I’ve got the opportunity I’d like to replace all seals or make new gaskets as necessary. I’m looking for advice on what needs to be done and any resources for diagrams, part numbers, etc. Thanks so much for any help. I’ve got a 1997 4x4 5vz-fe with a R150 5-speed manual. Typically it’s the input and output shaft seals that need replacing and possibly the stick shift housing top seal and maybe the vent valve and Speedo seal, You will not know 100 percent till it’s dropped but all easy to do once dropped on the tcase and transmission
