    And I can see where the tech pulled the over fill plug so that’s a positive.

    I was just quoted 9 quarts for a transmission service. My past experience is that the shop flushes the transmission for this service, not just drain and fill. YMMV.

    Could be the case I’m sure it’s fine and feel better about my situation after crawling under there and witnessing that the over fill drain plug had been pulled. If something goes wrong it will be on then since they did the service.
