Hello. Newbie here. I have a 2007 crew cab 4.0 V6 4 x 4. I was getting ready to do a drain and and downloaded a scan tool app to monitor transmission temperature. I noted that it was quite low but didn’t really come up very much. Of course it was cold this morning at about 56° At startup, however after a 30 mile drive at interstate speeds it was only 128°. Seems low.

When it’s cold outside it won’t warm up quickly.

Interstate driving in 5th won’t help either. Find a little dirt and put it in 4WD.
