Transmission TSB or Refresh, I am confused..

'18 Limited. Posted threads show these 3: TSB 0062-18 (Update); 8966304A6100 (Refresh ECM); or 8966304B0400 (ECM).

My symptoms: 30-40mph feels like bad fuel hesitation but fueled using different grades, fuel is not the problem.

 

Yup. Go to the local dealer and show them the TSB you posted and tell them your truck hesitates.. It should fix your problem. I have an 18 OFF ROAD. And she drives like a whole different truck now after the update. Mine used to be really sluggy. Now it feels like a real V6. According to the dealer the TSB is a full blown permanent update. It’s how the truck should have been from the beginning. Seems like Toyota finally got the transmission bugs worked out. Definitely worth getting it. Plus it’s free
