Transmission Tune - New England

Hey guys I have a 21 DCSB V6 AT I love the truck but hate the transmission. I have searched this form and found that many people have the same opinion. I see many people recommending the OV tune or similar tunes from various vendors across the country. However, I am located in New England and I am unable to find a vendor in my neck of the woods. Many vendors offer the option to install the tune yourself which I am very uncomfortable doing. Does anyone know of a reputable vendor in New England, specifically Southern New England?

Closest tuner we have to you for a KDMax Pro tune would be Essex Jct VT, which would make a nice day trip if you ever go up that way. Regarding your comment about the remote tuning option, I actually did my tune that way and had never done it before. Chris, our tuner who does the remote tunes, was great at helping me get my software installed and tuning my truck. Walked me through the entire process over the phone, and he can even remote into your laptop if you want more help. I had such a positive experience with that start I ended up eventually becoming a tuner myself since we had no one in the area.
