Transmission- what numbers tell me what transmission is needed for replacement

Have been to a couple yards and cannot get straight answer on what transmission I need to replace mine.All I have is a340f

 

A340F out of a 2003 or a 2004 6cyl Tacoma. That is it. Unfortunately your options are limited due to the change Toyota made in 2003 with the introduction of ETCS-i.

Thanks, I found a transmission! Now I need info on the swap, tools needed, lift and or trans lift, would like to do it myself, have heated garage, do not have a ton of knowledge so advice and step by step is what I seek.Thanks.
