    Hello,
Would anyone shed some light on a little bit of a whirr that I have while stopped in gear on a 152k mile 2nd gen 4.0 with the A750F transmission? I did a fluid exchange for about 5-6 liters with a filter - didn’t change anything. Silty dust that I would expect in a transmission this old on the magnets, nothing striking. Ultrafine metallic dust on outside of the filter.

Years ago I had a Corolla which had a worse whirr to whine in the torque converter (that did improve after fluid and filter) that ended up driving another 60k with zero issue or worsening so I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid about the truck.
