    01 prerunner v6 with automatic tranny, what’s the best filter/gasket kit. Also I’m thinking of doing a tranny flush, any insight on this. What to watch out for and tips/tricks.

    IMHO, you don't need to change the filter. It's metal screen, not a paper filter. Unless you're having issue with shifting. I went from 31 to 33 to 35 and now 40 without transmission issue. I drain and fill the pan annually. Oil is cheaper than replacing the transmission.
