I have been deep diving here (and spamming Google...) and have not been able to find the Torque Spec's for Transmission Filter 3 10mm bolts. The pan bolts are 65 in/lbs (or 7.34 N-m), I am thinking the Filter bolts would be the same?

Youtube video at 11:00 mark says 69 inch pounds for the filter bolts. 65 inch pounds for the pan bolts is Toyota spec. That's slightly under 6 lb ft. Again, I'd say good enough.

Awesome, thank you for the reply and with that video! That does sound right, certainly did not want to torque it to "good enough" :)

1/4 ratchet no torque wrench, I find its hard to get torque accurate that low, and aluminum is soft, its better to tighten by hand gently.

Same with the pan, I've seen lots stripped because of torque wrenches, I just snug by hand, run it, snug up again, good. Tiny 1/4 ratchet again.
