Dakine Truck pad size small for our tacomas is the only way to go, especially for those of you that have a 20MIL through axle.

I also have found the Rocky Mounts Clutch SD to work very well... I am trying to figure out a good way to secure the front wheel though so it doesn't have to ride in the cab...

PS78, didn't realize there was another Mojo Wheels rider on TW. Nice rig and nice rigs!

I like the Kuat racks. This is the NV 2 bike...spendy but nice!

    I pieced my rack together.
Yakima King Cobra bike racks, control towers, landing pads and crossbars.
I did not want to buy a tonneau cover so I mounted the landing pads directly to the bed rails.
I can fit 4 bikes if I want, everything locks and the whole thing can be removed in about 30 seconds!

    not the greatest pic:

I dont ride for the team or anything but i represent that shop bigtime. All 3 of the demo's in my truck came directly from mojo's, my buddy has that kuat rack and loves it on his jeep, they are a bit pricy but man they look great and double as a bike stand!!! You ride winterpark at all? thats the only place we usualy ride since we have season passes its hard to spend the extra money for keystone or sole vista

I work at the shop during the summer. I'm sure I helped you a time or two. I could tell by the custom colors on the Demos that you got them at Mojo.

I have only been riding WP this summer since that's where I got my pass, but I'll probably hit up Keystone a time or two for old time's sake.

I have a cheap($110) hitch rack from kmart that holds 4 bikes. Only thing that sucks is that it doesn't fold down when not used.

I use the newly released - DriveShaft - 15/20mm Thru-Axle Bike Adapter , works great and appears to be of high quality.

You definitely get what you pay for in a rack. I've been using a Bauer/BVG Revolution rack for a couple of years, which I got off eBay or CraigsList for around $100.

You can see one in the picture below (not my SUV). I'm cheap, but one of these days I'll buy a Thule or something that holds the bicycles via their wheels/downtubes, rather than one which hangs them from their top tubes.

My rack carries two bikes, and they must be facing in opposite directions to fit. This means the carbon fork on one is perfectly positioned to whack against the rear wheel skewer of the other bike. Not good...

[Picture is a couple posts above.]

Danger, Will Robinson. Forget just once, as you pull into a garage or a drive-thru at at fast food place, and that bike is toast.

Roof racks terrify me. I've seen too many trashed bike pics posted by guys who forgot they had a $3K carbon wonder attached to their roof rack.

Not throwing my $3500 bike in the bed
Made this set up. Ive used these delta mounts since 2001 and they are still holding strong. Ive had them in at least 6 other trucks. I keep a lock in my truck so i can lock my bike when i go inside places.
