Trapper and Trapping BS

This buck was next to my trap 2 days ago and archery season starts next month

 

Here's a fox I caught today and released. This fox has one bushy tail.

 

Went to check the traps today the big cage was knocked over in the small on the door with nothing in it. It was a javalina That knocked over the big cage.

 

Oh nice, also checked. Need some weather to get things moving around. Just happy not to catch a rabbit.

 

Having a little is always fun.

 

I'm going to move my foot hold traps next to my cage trap so if the pigs come back I'll be ready

 

Sucks having the flu can'tget out to check traps

 

Supposed it snow tonight, hoping tomorrow will turn something up

 

Finally got my sick ass out of bed and when to check cages and this little fucker was in the trap growling at me like no other. I was trying to release him and all he wanted to do is tear me apart.

 

Nice, i had something pull out, couldn't find tracks cause of the snow

 

Went to check my traps and when driving up.to the first cage I had a young yellow lab puppy in the cage and it would not leave my side. Looks like a have a new trapping buddy. No tags or collar.

 

I found the owner of the dog its the neighbor who has property 1 mile from us.

 

I trap for fur and animal control.

 

Gonna be a fun check today, picture doesn't show it good.

That what it looked like today when I went to check my line. Lucky for me I can stay in the truck and use binoculars and check my cages. Foot holds is a different story.

 

My work finally paid off nice bobcat. I set the cage up last night and within 4 hours the cat walked into the cage. Few more cats and I'll have a nice paycheck in my bank account
