Not a trap line, but I have traps set on my property for coyotes. Interesting law here. If you trap a coyote you have two options. You can release them at the trap site or kill them. They passed it because professional nuisance animal trappers were trapping them and relocating them to another area. Basically moving one persons problem to someone else's area.

    back to bone stock.
before i die, i am gonna trap a beaver and skin it.

ever since i was a little tiny kid. the first book i ever read was Big Red by Jim Kjelgaard. it was about bird hunting, trapping, etc. it tickled my curiousity.

i will probably hire a guide for a session and see if i can get a beaver. i read all of Jim Kjelgaard's books.

this past season was my 50th season of trapping. Spend all year thinking about it and preparing for it. Not sure about the upcoming season, with the covid virus. But I will trap. Most likely will target coyotes. About the only thing that there might be a market for.
