TRD and Limited All In One??

I have a 2004 Tacoma TRD Off Road. It has served me well for 15 years. I was looking at a 2016 at a dealership today and it had the TRD Off Road decals on the side of the bed but was also a Limited (leather etc...). I wasnt sure if the Limited and the TRD could be one in the same or if someone was just putting after market decals on the rear end to try and command a higher price. Do they exist as one in the same? Clearly I have been out of the game on a new truck purchase for a bit...

They are separate packages. The clue is rear locker, only the off-road and pro have that.
