Can always sell the oem one on here for $20 - $30 so its really only going to be a $20ish upgrade in the end....

Shhh.... That was my idea! If there are 10 OEM shifters for sale, we can't get $20 - 30 for them!

trd seat covers, bed mat, tinted windows, debadged, mud flaps removed, tinted tails, blacked out center console, Black Rims, 6000k HID in highs and fogs, blacked out front emblem, Pioneer AVH-4300DVD, Gauge Cluster, lower valence, retrofitted, audio system, Maxtrac Spindles, Billies
The shift knob is actually a bit smaller than the oem one that came with the trucks. But there are also finger grips. Very good investment for me, thinking of selling the old one

Also wondering if the part with the TRD logo on it is metal or plastic? I'd think for the price it would be metal but can't find any info about it...

Mine arrived today and I love this thing! It's slightly smaller than the original one but it's amazing how in the way the other one was compared to this one. This one is shorter, smaller and feels better in your hand. It's less obtrusive and the interior looks MUCH better with this installed than the previous one. If you're on the fence about one of these I say go for it!

Plastic. I actually like my stock one better. The TRD one that I ordered will be for sale shortly. I don't know what it is, it's a nice looking shift knob but it just isn't growing on me

Did I say something negative or did you mean you're too broke right now to get one and you were hoping I would say it sucked?

I hate the auto shift knob in these trucks mostly because our friggin' Camry Hybrid came with the exact same shift knob. No matter how cool my truck is or what I did with it every time I went to put it in gear or rest my hand on it I felt like I was in our Camry Hybrid again. Lame sauce.
