TRD beadlock wheels are still in production, new part number

i recommended the new part number to some guy looking for some on FB. Elmhurst got it to him in 3 days.

Almost makes no sense to pay over $1500 for a used set of Baja TX "Beadlocks" now!

 

Cue up the angry person who has a used set posted on here for like $2500 or whatever…

 

I bought my TRD PRO 4Runner wheels for my 4runner in 2020 when Toyota had a 50% sale on TRD products. Doubt they'll have anything like that again. But I do know Toyota does have TRD sales once a year, but don't remember when. Not sure if I should wait or buy them for my birthday in March.

Are people using the 12mm conical lugs for the steel spare tire or keeping a set of OEM mag lugs in the vehicle with them?

 

I just sold a set for $1600 for 4pc. They’re still selling, I do let them know it’s the OG not the new sets to differentiate!

 

Can you take a measurement of how wide those are? I've been looking for PTR38-34071, but it's freaking impossible! I'm trying to see if I can find a different set that will work for my wheels. Should be about 4.25" across for my needs

Edit: just noticed in other post those are your. If anyone else has a measurement it'd be greatly appreciated! from other forums, looks like people just bought plastic TRD caps and cut them up to fit...

 

If you need measurements of stock ones I can do that for yah later tonight as i'll be in the garage.

 

Appreciate it! And if anyone can find them (PTR38-34071 or if there's an updated code) available somewhere, I'd pay for that info! lol. Hell I paid $150 for the two that I have!

I asked a couple of questions on eBay, took 4-5 days or no response at all.

 

:O , I figured if I wasn't able to get Solar Octane, the Black TRD Pro would have been my second choice and these wheels were on my list for over a year [that Marty McFly look]! I'm so glad they're back, but now that I have a confirmed Solar Octane coming in, I don't think the chrome bit suits the orange color well :/

Not seeing anyone with a Solar Octane and this style yet, but I wonder if anyone with an Inferno (orange) Tacoma has this style installed. Curious what it looks like.

Dude... You just made my year. I've been looking for another set for at least 3 years since I sold my 13 baja. Everything I've found has been gouged price, damaged, wrong color, or all of the above. Thank you, kind sir.

 

Can confirm. Elmhurst Toyota is the real deal. I was sent one wrong wheel somehow, but they were quick to make it right once you get past initial customer service. They immediately assume you bought them off ebay when ordering direct and try to reroute you to ebay sellers. So make sure they know if you order from Elmhurst directly. All wheels are nicely packaged in oe boxing. Center caps do come separate. And shipping was within a week. Hope this helps anyone else looking for this set. Can't wait to get these beauties on my girl. Thanks again, op of the link.
