I can't just reuse the stock lugs and TPMS for the TRD Beadlock Wheels?

You can reuse the TPMS sensors from your old wheels and you can use the factory lug nuts from your Gen3.

You may have to reset your TPMS sensors. There is detailed instructions on how to do this in your owners manual.

Then how come there are specific TRD lugs? Are these nothing different compared to stock besides the TRD logo? Another way for Toyota to make money?

I have a TRD OR. I bought the TRD Pro wheels that come on the 4R Pro. The lugs are the same.

No because some years and models required specific lugnuts for the TRD beadlocks.

The TRD beadlocks require conical seat tuner style lug nuts. The oem lugs will not work! The TRD lug nuts (part# PTR27-35100) are pricy, but are made by McGard and are some of the highest quality lug nuts you can buy.
