There is a company that is across the street from my office that makes industrial models. They have a laser suitable for cutting plastics. They have been cutting the acrylic materials that I need off of patterns that I send them.

They are going out of business next month.

I do, however on a recent batch of the AFE CAIs that do not fit as well.

The CAI is a molded plastic and is not dimensionally stable. It can flex a little. I have has a few people pm me that they have had problems fitting these.

I have sold a lot of these, but I have had probably 5 or 6 people that have had a fitting issue.

The clear & tinted plastic covers are fit close to the edge of the cover. The aluminum ones I make do not fit as close to the edge. As a result, you are more likely to have a fitting issue with a plexiglas version versus an aluminum one.

I have taken a CAI that did not fit well and put in out in yard on a hot summer day and let the heat soften the plastic on the CAI and I was able to get the cover on. Once the temperatures cooled, the cover fit fine.

If you want one, plexiglas or aluminum, I have them in stock.

Boo. @Coupe I need another one for an AFE Stage II SI CAI. I broke the first one. Completely my fault. I ordered the wrong one and tried to adjust it to fit, and then lost a bunch of the rubber washers which i come to find out allow you to tighten the screws and not crack the plexi glass lol. Plus I got to carried away sanding and scratched up one side. So thats in the trash now after i threw it across the room because i was to impatient to find where the rest of the rubber washers had rolled off to, and cracked it while tightening the scews. LOL.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Just found this. Wanted to say they look good!

Which gives me a way to find this someday when i have forgotten where they are and actually buy that Volant intake i want.

Spec U headers are first, and a mid pipe. And hell a smaller pulley for the s/c.

BUT i will get there! Someday..

I would be there now but i had more clutch woes on the turd and thats another $800 pluss out the window. Factory clutch couldn't hold the power, URD stage 3 was good but somehow half of the pressure plate bolts backed off after 10k miles. Just decided to do the new heavy flywheel and a stage 2 from URD as I am not sure what caused the problem before, and the 3 had a little too much chatter towing.
