    Sic Rig you got there. Prinsu is awesome in accomadating a DAI bracket (still in testing phase). But Other roof racks company had no plans in making it.

    The purpose of the snorkel is to breath above water. In a desert sand storm you may find your self needing an awful tall snorkel. Better to pre filter with something fast easy and cheap. And I would think that under the hood would actually be better place to get air for the engine during a sand storm out in the SW.

    Not a sand storm. I think I would want to turn it off in a sand storm. A lot of dust get kicked up off road and the snorkel pulls air in from above a lot of it. Snorkels were originally put on tractors for that purpose before recreational off roading was a thing.

    I paid about $730 because of discounts and free labor. Out the door, MSRP would cost you around 1,300+ for labor.
