I picked up a Trd exhaust for my DCSB and installed it this morning in like 20 min. Everything was super easy and worked out fine except for the rear most hanger. It is 90 degrees different from the stock location. Anyone ever have this issue? I’m tempted to try and bend the rod to match the frame. Anyone else run into this?

Mine lined up fine. Simple install for me.

Seems like the AC or DCLB version required the hanger to be bent to fit stock location on DCSB, but I don’t recall.

Anyway, my guess is you might not have the “correct” exhaust, but simple work with a torch to fix that, or an exhaust shop.

I bought a take off exhaust from a 2014 and had the same issue. Got the hanger on the exhaust hot and turned it 90 degrees. I was about to go to the salvage yard and look for a cross drilled rubber exhaust hanger but the torch fixed it in less than 5 mins.

Yeah I tried to bend it cold and broke it off and put a small hole in the pipe......Looks like i need to take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld it. Anyone know a place in North County San Diego who welds stainless exhaust?
