TRD Grill Color Dependent?

I keep going back and forth on grill replacement or plastidipping on the TRD. Everytime I see a white, blue, or black tacoma that has been swapped or plastidipped, I think it looks a lot nicer and want to do it on my truck.

But then I see my magnetic grey with the original grill and think it looks ok, maybe should keep it.

Has anybody else noticed they like the grill or "braces" more or less on different colors?

 

Sure... the gigantic chrome grill blends in better with silver and MGM paint and stands out less. That's a good thing, of course.

 

This ^^ I agree that Silver or MGM look fine with the stock grille.
