TRD Header pics!

Please!!! I need some help Identifying something... And If someone with TRD Headers on a 1st gen. can give me a pic of the Y-pipe flanges hooked up, I would appreciate it. The ones that hook up to the collector flange.

But do you have a pic of where you had to weld up the flange on the cat. Im debating getting some headers and I want to see if I would be able to do the welding.

 

No I dont.....But I can In about 10-15min.

The Welds aren't mine, but a buddy's they are shitty but I got no leaks!
You can see the cat, and where the new flange got welded to it.

 

Thank you! That doesn't look too bad. I also read your thread on the install. Sounds like it was fun lol. Just one more question, did you replace the studs or re-use the old ones?

 

re-used the old. You could get new one's, I was pretty careful with mine when taking out and what not. But Just one had to be heli-coiled, which sucked!
Oh, and you have to take them out in order to get the headers in. If I had to do It again, I actually would. Bc now I know the steps and what needs to be done, and it probably would take me half the time that it did. And Also having someone that knows how to weld helped me out.

If I was closer, I would def. help ya out with the install.
