I just purchased the Y-pipe that goes to the 2001-2004's I found them on here...http://www.sunnysidepartsbarn.com/oe-toyota/ptr108999018

They have two left. If anyone wants to get rid of the hassle of dealing with paying a exhaust shoppe to weld then here it is and a whole lot cheaper.

I figure Id pay an exhaust shop more to weld it up so that's how I'm justifying it! ;)

Thanks @TashcomerTexas for the links, No more worries about whether it will fit and I own a pair of TRD headers for my truck. One more piece to the puzzle!

Nice! I was about to reply to your pm, but yeah I'm not 100% what else the part # contains other than the y pipe but I know you'll need the spring bolts and possibly the gaskets - the other part # I gave should be those (like I said not 100% certain what else is included in that)

Once your all finished with obtaining all the parts, you should compile a parts list with numbers for future buyers. Maybe they will make it a sticky for ya!

It's pretty simple really, my post within itself should be a sticky and didn't want to keep this info in the dark. Obviously there'll be limited stock.

You would only need these part #s for those like myself who got the old style pre-2001 set, this will correct for the dual cats and give a proper fitment without leak issues.

Other than that there's no need to look up #s without just searching for the whole set i.e. eBay and such.

Are they smog legal in CA? I've heard of people having to take them off every 2 years when it comes time to smog their Tacomas in CA? Also, a PITA to take off & put back on.

TRD headers are legal in all 50 states. I have them with the CARB sticker under the hood.

Not sure if it's true or not but story is they found a warehouse with a few hundred brand new TRD header units. I got mine a few weeks ago and they look identical to a set that I purchased 15 years ago.

Just left over supply. When they're gone, they're gone.
as previously stated check the y pipe and make sure it'll work for your config.
