    I remember going through all that waiting for mine. I don't remember time frames but it took a long time. After a few weeks I started to contact seller and he finally replied, took more time but I finally received keychain. I felt the product was good and price reasonable but communication was poor (for me) and I feel after someone takes your money for a product they should deliver in timely fashion or at least keep you informed. Hopefully you will all receive keychain soon, I would keep trying to contact seller. Good luck!
