my thoughts exactly.....you shouldn't voluntarily throw money at people before they have something to sell you. If you do that, you have only yourself to blame for losing your money. Next time, make sure the product is in stock perhaps?

 

Now I'll start the bidding at $50 for my keychain!

 

Rolltide and Matthhewmay1. Maybe I was not clear but OP did contact me (I have all the PM's to prove it) and he communicated with me up until the day I sent the payment and then nothing. Sorry if I mad anything confusing.

 

Nothing confusing. I'm not trying to make you seem unimportant as a customer, consumer or human, but 1 person out of every tacomaworld.com member is out $10.

Just put that into perspective. Chalk it up to a bad experience because it does suck...but at least it was only $10 and not $1,000.

I'm not defending the OP by any means. He did fail you. I almost wonder if he just doesn't have access to the scrap material. Or if he got caught and the company decided to prosecute for theft...and he is in jail or something hahahahaha.

 

True it is an odd situation. Also, I find it interesting now that he offered me 2 key chains if I wanted which I of course said yes to. Live and learn I guess..

Very Nice, I was looking at sheets of .020-.023 12X12 & 12X24 grade 2 titanium (just for a base line) , it's reasonable and available in most metro areas. Get hooked up with a water jet and your there .

I'm in the process of getting a few quotes from local companies here that have a water jet.

If the price is right from them there is no reason I wouldn't go ahead with it...

Does anybody know the thickness, grade of titanium and rough size of the keychain the OP was using?

 

I've been gone for a while. Sorry for not getting back sooner. Another batch is on the way but not ready yet. Original post is updated.
NO I'm not trying to shaft anyone. I mailed every keychain that I got paid for... some had issues but I tried to resolve those as best as possible. as far as member silverstreak77 goes, thats MY MISTAKE I'm taking the fall for that one and making it right(after a billion years yes...) but I will NOT shaft him or anyone else for that matter.
