Can anyone verify if this is the part number for the trd limited dash panel that goes above the glove box: 55012-04030-C0?

I have the sport and got cleaning gunk on the soft touch and it will not come off. Looking to "upgrade" it if I plan to replace it.

The limited one should look like this:

I saw that exact web page in my research, however, the part number on the back (in the image) does not show the "-CO"

Yup, looking back on the post, TRD Limited looks like a pretty silly mistake.

And to clarify, that is not the one I am looking for.

The “C0” would be the color code.
It appears that for black there is a “type 1” and a “type 2”.
No idea what the difference is.

EDIT: Looks like the type 2 is the style that comes in the Limited.

I need one of these too....ripped a chunk out of it when I was moving. How do you know for sure the Tye 2 is for the Limited? the $10 price difference?

Possibly both are for limited. Limited has two color options: Dk. Gray and Hickory

These fancy trucks and all their color options. I guess my real question is which one belongs to the Pro?

In the first few years of 3rd gens, the only available interior color was hickory (brown). The only option for the center molding in brown is 55012-04030-E1. The black version of the same part number is labeled “type 2”.

Also, one of the pics in the first link I posted shows the part #’s for all 3 versions:
    876F99A3-02EB-4A46-A3D6-177E64ADF5F5.jpg

As you can see, 55012-04020 says “W/O STITCH”.
    55012-04030 says “W/STITCH”.
The Limited panel has a stitch pattern on it.

Oh yeah some OEM parts will actually have the part number labeled on the back. I keep forgetting about it

I just ordered it so I'll confirm it when it comes in. The real question is if 55012-04020 is no stitch, and 55012-04030 is with stitch, what is 55012-04010; it is the cheapest of the three. I don't really need to know at this point, however, I am pretty curious.

Is it very difficult to swap the dash panel?

Pretty easy actually. The dash panel is held in by two screws and some clips. To access the right screw, you simply pull out the long panel right of the glove box (clipped in) by gently using a flat head or interior tool. To access the left screw you pull off the trim around the radio. After the screws are removed, just work the panel out gently with a flat head or interior tool.

Thanks! I have a gash in my trim and I need to replace it.
