Very nice unit man! I would not mind picking one up from you if you ever did make them available for the members.

I actually always did consider the heat increase factor for reservoirs but it was something which never necessarily bothered me because of the increase of reserve coolant volume added to the whole system.

Another thing I also factored in the swap out of the OE plastic over aluminum reservoir tank + larger capacity holding ability was the fact that while the plastic doesn't heat up as quickly as an aluminum unit would, yes, true, it also has horrible heat retention properties which would make it retain the heat it has and maintain that temperature to much longer extents while an aluminum unit would heat up quicker, but it would also shed temperatures much quicker as well.

Was it you or someone else here who observed short time gains of a larger capacity coolant reservoir? The benefit of a small capacity reservoir was supposedly in long term heavy duty blower use like towing, while a larger tank was more useful for mild duty blower useage like city stuff.

I can't remember who said it, but they mentioned that the OE intercooler was more than suffice and actually overkill for our blowers. If I remember right, it was in this thread too and there was some actual data backing that claim up and it lined up with my thoughts of the actual intercooler being more than suffice for our application with plenty of cooling room to stretch it's legs on. Whether or not that was actually said is your guess as good as mine because my memory is pretty garbage and good luck finding it in the 1000+ pages we have posted here, but I am willing to bet my manhood it has been said here  ... I will say for sure though that the heat exchanger inside of the supercharger could use some upgrading!

I would love nothing more than to go meth injection, but I want to stay (relatively) compliant for the state and stealthy these days. This is my daily so this truck is my lifeblood.

Hide it. I have another older Snow stage 2 controller going underneath this one too.

Stage 2.5 does dual nozzles too but I think the second nozzle only sprays 100% and not progressive

as it should a second spray is only used at the very max. maybe i misunderstood the instructions. what a nice surprise!

Good to know. Should this second nozzle be tiny?

This isn’t supercharger or Tacoma related, but check out my buddy’s YouTube channel. He’s got a bunch of automotive related DIY videos. Give him a follow if you like! He doesn’t have a Tacoma, but rather a Tundra. But don’t hold that against him, he’s a really solid dude.

im only guessing but maybe a #3 as a primary and a #2 as a secondary.

I dont have experience with it yet but I am planning on trying a #2 and #3 together.

This is what I am thinking. The 275ml nozzle will come on progressively and the 100ml nozzle will come on (not sure if progressively yet) at higher boost levels.
This is all speculation right now until I collect some data but my thought is the smaller the nozzle the better the atomization which is why I want to run 2 nozzles instead of one big one.

I’m going to be a cheap ass and use the nozzles I have on hand then. I’ve got some Devils Own 440cc and 520cc nozzles here. Also have Prometh 95cc and 220cc nozzles. Was going to not use the DO nozzles because Prometh gave me nozzle suggestions that were enormous.

i agree with this. still puzzled how i overlooked this controller could have sequenced injection.
