@zippsub9 @Murphinator this is good info. I just assumed it was included in the full kits with BD tuner. It's a long shot but anyone not using their BD tuner serial # or outside of CA with a BD tuner included kit?

Does anyone have some black URD stickers that they'd want to sell me?

I was looking for the red ones myself. The wife can make them and I can have her do it but it’s gotta wait a little...she’s stressed out because of our upcoming nuptials......lotsa plates spinning. But in somewhat of a relative short amount of time, she should be able to handle that...

Okay. It’s not a big rush. I’ll hit you up in the new year (or maybe after you’re married).

Yeah we’re getting officially hitched on the 27th. So that’d be perfect.

Yeah I had to email magnuson for my sticker to be mailed, they wanted the BD serial # and truck vin # I believe, they then give you a carb sticker which the # on the sticker should match the vin you give them I am guessing.

Does anyone have a 61lb shorty injector like the one used in the 7th injector URD kit theyd be willing to sell? Long story short URD sent my sc kit without a 61lb injector and im trying to install everything i can, but having a big hole in the intake tube is going to make it undrivable. They are closed for the holidays and theres no telling when they will be able to send one once they do open back up. Curious if anyone has one laying around, this is my daily and im trying to get it back to being road worthy. :help:

I don't think you gave them your vin# upon purchase right? If it was a case and they had everyone's VIN on file, then how about other carb legal upgrades such as air intake tubes or short tube headers. Those are often included with the item purchased (or in some cases stamped on the part itself).

My assumption was that emissions testers will just verify it has EO number, run it in their database that it matches the part and vehicle make if they even do that (at the shop's discretion). Sorry for turning this into a smog question but thank you for everyone's reply.

Why would you remove a reliable transmission from the vehicle (and work very hard) to adapt an unreliable unit to an otherwise proven near bulletproof drivetrain?

I say this without snark or sarcasm. I'm legitimately asking.

Just slap in a valve body from IPT instead.. Mine has been held up tremendously over the last 5-6 years... and SuperWerty was running it prior to me.. its bulletproof.

Ive just seen too many of them fail on trucks in the past. I just don't trust Chevy trannys. Their engines, hell yeah. All day, every night.

Agreed. Or if you want to go an even more effective route, do the RatioTek valve body mod and then up the line pressures via HPT. Mine are increased 5% over OE. It pulls like an animal under throttle.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I have a stock TRD and a 455 S/C injector if that helps in the interim. Both are out and can be in the mail tomorrow.

Thanks for the offer, but i think this requires the shortie one just due to the mounting design on the intake piping. Really appreciate you chiming in though sir:hattip:
