every inquiry of data from this comany by me has been ignored. coupled with the fact i know no yota performance guys using it id say boo. if it was worth 2 beans @Torspd would have an ear on data.

using an ac pump to create cooling does sap power via the electrical system. if the benifits are better than parasitic electrical loss it could be a thing. company has no data or response for me to test. id be onboard with this if it produced more than snake oil.

any company with a worth while product should be aware of the niche hipo crowd that would buy. these people are oblivious at best of a possible market. boo is my reaction.

Killer chiller is snake oil for a DD rig. The only place it has on a vehicle is a drag vehicle due to its parasitic zap on not nly the electrical system, but the mechanical as well since AC needs to be on in order to run it. The AC system is not sized to work well for the cab and on top of that it is not good for extended uses over time. If you want all time action just get meth. It's evaporative cooling effect it has on the heat exchanger internally will give you the cooling effect that you are looking for. Of course even that needs periodic top offs and adds complication to the supercharger system since you are creating new plumbing, wiring, gauges, switches in cab, etc.

I just stick to ambient conditions @novanut21

@White lightning boosted and @Murphinator already covered everything regarding the killer chiller system. I'm just an echo here.

Here is an old update to some people who wanted to see mounted setup of the Lotek pillar pod. This is the day shot I never got a chance to post.

All of the heat will still be rejected via the condenser and/or fmic and there’s only so much real estate up front.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I keep about ten gallons in my garage for all my small engines. Chainsaws, lawn mower, weed wacker, four wheelers, dirt bikes...I freakin’ hate pulling jets every three months on carbs.

Startron enzyme treatment and drain the carbs after use. I’ve parked my bike for up to 6months and it’ll fire right up. Don’t use sta-bil, too high of alcohol content and it ruins rubber components

So much more room for activities! Fan install went smooth. Still got a touch of wiring to do (more on that later)
160 Mishimoto thermostat installed. I got the fan set to kick on at 185°. Only hit that a few times on the 30 mile test drive so clearly a more efficient thermostat than the 160 Motorad. Average temp was 165-177.
How to finish the wiring I have an AC override wire that will turn the fans on when AC is activated. Anybody know what wire to tap into in the fuse box for this purpose?

I read, "start on enzyme treatment" and for a second there I had to check what thread I was on.

I was like, what the hell sort of hollistic medical shit am I reading here? (That of which I love BTW, but I digress)

The color match looks spot on, as well as the fit. Did you have to paint it?

For the a/c wire, you can tap into the “ACID” wire. It’s behind the dash at the A/C amplifier module. Take out the glove box and look straight up.

Which pin/color to tap into depends on the year of your truck.

You can also tap into a wire behind the compressor relay, but that one cuts on and off when the compressor cycles. You sort of want the fan to keep going in between compressor cycles to cool the condenser. The “ACID” wire stays triggered anytime the AC button is lit.
