basically yes. I haven’t installed yet but was finally removing my dual battery setup, more to follow. I looked down inside the pipe and saw the jiggle valve at the 6 o’clock. I wonder if the 4Runner is different. Anywho, I matched it up with how it would sit on the front of the engine. The thermostat just needed to be rolled 180 degrees. I can take some pics and post them later.

The first picture shows the orientation of the spout in the downward, flaccid, position if you will. In the second picture look up into the spout from this orientation and you can see the jiggle valve at the bottom. I flipped it over 180 to place it at the top or 12 o’clock position to bleed out any air in the system.

I ended up moving it over toward the driver side and using the hole a few inches over to mount it like suggested in here. Shortened the hoses and it worked great. had to cut part of the enter bracket to clear the winch but it’s in and fits! I have a Bruteforce and a Warn 12k for reference.

Is that inlet smaller than the TB? I would think just a port match would be good enough.

Have you guys considered maxbore for your TB ports? They seem to be able to get 78mm out of them and have an additional service to get a machined shaft that’s flat.

my point for wanting to polish the s/c runway. smooth flows better than a casting finish.

Now I'm worried. You got me wondering if the jiggle valve on mine is upside down as well. Time to go check my coolant overflow level.

EDIT: Mines good. Temps are normal, no overflowing and the level is exactly where I left it a few weeks ago. It may had been a screw up on Mishimotos part @zippsub9 great catch though.

Hey everybody! Can someone post up a pic of how you clocked your lower radiator hose? I've been trying to keep it from contacting the radiator fan, with no luck. I went through a cheapo Dayco hose from Autozone, but that one was too thick. Then I got an OEM one, cut it to length, and its still rubbing. Should I shave down my fan?

Just wanted to give an update on the Delta Joint.

YES it fits Gen 1 Dirt King tubular style upper control arms.

It fits in there beautifully actually, also.. it finally silenced about 90% of my squeaking issues. Also, it looks awesome in there. :)

    That is all.

are you using the magneson provided lower hose? I can get the part number in the morning, but part of the installl kit is a different lower hose that you trim. You do not reuse the OEM lower. This is why there is some trouble with aftermarket silicone kits. I will find the part number.

Dang...I thought it was the same as the OEM hose. Crap...i rmb I had cut that one too short and it was rubbing the fan as well. So I started swapping out different hoses. Didnt know Magnuson had a specific hose. Much appreciate it!
