Yup! I really want a 69.5 RPM since my overdrive pulley is lil larger but they don’t make one. Closest is a 8 rib 69.8 which would be pretty good. But like any belt they are always a little off on the tenths.

I searched and can't seem to find these. Hope this is right place to post.
    1. S/C removal instructions? I need to do cam gears at some point but can't find minimal removal instructions with S/C.
    2. What gaskets/seals Will I need to replace if I pull and reinstall the S/C? I'm ok buying a new gasket or seal if there is a part #. Maybe it is the same as the valve cover gasket - L&R valve cover gasket 11213-AD010 & 11214-AD010
    3. Was gonna polish down the ridges in the lower IM while it's off. To replace gaskets on lower IM do I buy upper and lower IM seals? or does the S/c take the place of the upper IM and I only need one?

Good info on that tube. I’m already running that intake. So, the 4r tube will be a piece of cake to adapt. I’ll order one up today.

As for your suspension interference, I suggest a heat gun inside and out on that lower housing. Work slow and soften that whole corner without distorting the upper areas.

You also might consider slipping an appropriately sized piece of pvc pipe onto that tube temporarily. That way you’ll have some clearance after you re-mould that lower box.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I have been running a FJ, K&N tube into the cowl with an inline 4" filter to the Tundra TB. I looked forever to piece together something like this, but was concerned about tubbing the inner fender and clearance. Good deal with the heat gun and softening the box up.

    Excellent idea! I love it!

PVC pipe? I'm not necessarily understanding the use for that part of the slight mod that's needed though.

This is just a great solution for California people who want their cake with smog and want to eat it too by not having to switch from tune to tune with HPT when having to get the test done every two years. You can keep your current tune and not have to reflash over and over and it's one less hassle you have to deal with. I refused to be told that nothing but the OE intake will work.

Cut up a piece of PVC pipe to lay over that tube while you're re-shaping that box. Just to fatten it up a bit. It'll buy you a bit of clearance so that things aren't rubbing when you're done.

Ah that could work. I suggested a slight trimming but the big issue is one of the clamps for the box sits there. Roberto @12TRDTacoma you think there’s enough to shape without messing up the clip?

Ahh. Noted. Great idea man. Thank you! I am going to hit this thing again today and see what I can do with it.

I trimmed off some of the gusseting that's there but ultimately I don't think that will be the issue. It'll be the box itself.

Makes sense. Forming with the pipe sounds promising.

    It's DLX son!
Just did this for the first time myself.

    1. There are some good S/C install threads on here - find them and you can skim until you get to the parts about the blower itself, but at a high level:
-Some will you don't need to, but working alone I found it easier to start by removing the fan and rad shroud
-Remove air filter housing like normal
-Remove throttle body, can leave coolant lines attached
-Remove S/C belt from blower snout
-Remove bunch of bolts from the intercooler portion of the blower assembly and coolant hose clamp so you can flop it out of the way, careful not to damage the nipple on the coolant tank
-remove bolts that go down into the intake manifold on inside of blower housing
-remove two bolts attached to brackets on driver side of blower and couple of vac/pcv hoses
    -Lift blower off

    2. I just replaced the valve cover gaskets and throttle body o-ring since I had them and was already in there

    3. Not sure this is worth it TBH

@zerotimeouts did you get your answer? Here are the INSTALL instructions. Follow in reverse?
    1. see attached file
    2. not 100% on part numbers
    3. personally never reuse gaskets and seals.

@BillDaCat8 What program are you using? You've come to the rescue a few times.

Toyota & Lexus EWD? I only have Europe if anyone wants that one.

Boost winch heads? I assume most of you had to cut the brace sticking out off since we need to relocate it?
