sadly no. I have a guy from a machine shop that is going to cut a sleeve and try to drill a better hole. I messed up the guide hole on the second one so it’s all jacked now. Hasn’t been the best week in that area. Figure I’ll try to hash away at the rest while I wait to hear back.

ordered a “RATCHET” if I get lucky enough to get it out.

    A couple things...

Anyone have the URD pulley press they want to unload before I buy one?

Does anyone know the size and pitch of the threads inside the snout on the blower?

    thanks!

I DARE the next tech to fail me.

    20200403_202915.jpg

(Yes I know the SAI isn't hooked up. That's the only remaining thing I have to do) The underhood label is on, and everything else has been done. It still runs the same level of awesome too and it fired up immediately when I tested it before performing my MAF work.

It looks so much better without the SAI pump hooked up!

    I thinks it’s either M10 or M8 X 1.25
And I probably have mine laying around somewhere if you can’t find anybody.

Has anyone ever done the 98mm bore sleeved block here in the states? Cause most of these builds are from UAE right...

It really does, but you and I both know that it needs to stay.

Needless to say im going to be selling a modified URD ram air intake soon, fully assembled with a MAF and an extension harness and a very nice MRP 3.5" MAF tube to go with it.

No clue. We shall see though. Putting things aside and moving things around. Got to make sure all the numbers add up first.

Nice little did I know that thread we had would expedite that quickly. Find me a pig tail so I can get this hooked up.

I'll tell you right now, soldering that pigtail was not fun because of it's it's location and the way the black soft wire protector was not wanting to stay peeled back so the wires would constantly get tucked back into the soft wire protector. Somehow I perservered though and got it done. Thinking about it though I forgot to clip back in a clip and I still need to pull out the rest of my URD intake that is in the front of the truck grille.

So the project is about 95% done at this point. I should probably steam clean my engine bay soon too just to start fresh. ;)

I have some air pump relocation brackets made by K&N and I am heavily contemplating using them.. it would put the pump right next to the PS reservoir and I already have them handy. I guess I'll have to take a second look over that in the coming days.

    @nudavinci64

The PN you are looking for is 90980-12292... That being said I do not know if it already comes prewired. I got my pigtail already set up from the junkyard so my case was a little easier.

If’n you wanna go the OE route...

Connector housing is sans wires. You’ll need five of the 82998’s too.

Probably not the least spendy route. But, correct and readily available.

You won’t need sealing plugs. Just the connector and five wires.

Post 25837 updated with some little things you will need in addition to the base kit if piecing together like I did, as well as wiring and references and Page 1 also updated at intake section for fast reference.
