    It is just a tad loner than the URD magnaflow (can’t remember the exact model # but others here know it). Width is the same . Where exactly does that track bar sit?

    in the way is tracbar muffler. 12579 maggy. thought a cylinder style might fit better. or i could do a no muffler side dump. i dunno. cant spend monies as i may be a homeowner in a week.

    On a 3rd gear pull
    304.7 HP
    328 TQ @ 3500 RPM (it was making 317 @ 3750 before)

    He couldn't lock the converter though, and 4th gear was not wanting to cooperate. Power was still there but was hitting the rev limiter at 5500.

    Where is the power top out on the RPM band on these trucks? 5700, 5800, 6000?

    Why is your limiter so low? Seems like through hptuners you could lock it in 4th gear via as custom dyno tune

    You would think so, but if you can I don't know how to, and I didn't want to stray outside of OE parameters for the rev limiter. Now that I've seen where the power is still being made it makes me want to up the RPM limits. Granted I still need a proper instructional on how to do so.

    I'm going to investigate a Dynojet local dude because I KNOW this thing outs out way more power than that. Well hey, at least I got a nice datalog to show for is and if need be @JustDSM can make a new tune for it when he gets back from his Staycation. Lol.

    You need a 4th gear pull. Those 4 cats you got are flat lining your high end power. And If your getting multiple runs why not compare some smaller quick change pulleys?

    Not 4, 2 now.

    They are doing the pulls back to back without much breathing time in between. I am pretty convinced at this point that I just need to do a dyno on a Dynojet because that will give me the actual power numbers I know it has. Apparently those dynos will also give you true to life power that you can directly correlate to track runs if you know how to make the conversions based on your 1/4 times. If you compare my previous dyno graph to this one I actually picked up 6 WHP and 11 WTQ by having it done with 4 vs. 2 cats. I also am being choked up top on my redline apparently because there is more room there for power but I have never had it bumped up past 5500.

    nice where did you go to get a dyno? Eventually I will want to see. Prob need some different tires or one that connects to the hub to check though.

    I went to BRG Racing in Concord. They have a Mustang dyno though and the one you want is Dynojet.

    TRD Supercharged / OTT Tuned
    Back in the dayz...yes, we had 93.

    But when the shit hit the fan ~15yrs ago, they moved to 91 to lower refining costs that the consumer would then see.

    Right now, in the vast majority of urbanized CA, its 91 with the rare exotic race fuel stuff, (100, 116, etc) sprinkled in.

    Top power depends on a lot of factors. On a centrifical charger, that power just keeps climbing. Most linearly. Cams will change things. Exhaust components. That roots has typically kept climbing as well, based on the dynos I have listed.

    So what RPM do you suggest I put the limiter on at? Obviously 5500 is too low apparently.

    History proves stock 1gr-fe internals don’t like rpms over stock redline
