    I concur. Only time I've used red is on my '06 kick start lever. Bolt kept backing out and the lever would fall off. Not ideal. So glue it on!!

    Mine required ever so slight use of a rat tail file, and then a square edged file to help the solid pin fit.

    Make sure to grease the steel sleeve on the crank pulley when installing as per @Torspd wisdom. Helps keep leaky seal from happening.

    Anyone have meth injection setup?
    Anyone have meth injection setup as a back-up in coordination with a Fail-safe AFR gauge?

    Or does the ECU pull back timing enough while watching the knock sensors?

    I always felt if surfaces are even and things are tight enough then none of that stuff is really needed, maybe locking washers beneath the nuts and a washer or two to keep things true, but that's it. Thread locker has its uses no doubt, but I can almost count on my hands how many times I have actually used it. Outside of that never any issues unless I forgot to out a series of washers on or the actual surface requiring fastening wasn't level, but as long as you get peace of mind from it then that's all that matters. I have felt uneasy by using certain things before so I know what that feels like. Lol.

    I am still getting set up with my tuning setup worked out, but I have a laptop with HP Tuners VCM suite now (no MPVI2).

    Can someone DM me a log file to open and get familiar with VCM Scanner?
    Also, could someone send me a tune file for a 1GR Tacoma so I can start to get familiar with the VCM Editor?

    Sent. Though you wont be able to open the calibration in the VCM editor until you have an MPVI2 plugged in.

    Hmm. I already have two stock pumps in parallel, but methinks if I had two of these upgraded pumps in parallel it would be very close to twice the flowrate of a single stock pump.

    Anyone have a temperature sensor on the inter cooler or coolant lines? Or just watching the IAC temps drop when doing these upgrades?

    Roost did and posted his analysis somehwere in this thread or maybe his ypipe thread at one time. He reported that the intercooler does pretty well at maintaining temps for its size.

    No I don't worry because it's proven that the big radiator at the front does an excellent job of cooling the fluid. Also I have a supplemental radiator anyways.
