Congrats!! The noises that thing makes are worth everything. What an engine. A guy I know has his track Demon up to almost 1600hp now.

Whenever I hear a turbo 6 Raptor drive by I literally laugh out loud...especially when they’ve modded the exhaust.

That exhaust note on the raptor is a huge let down.

If you guys are upping the ante, 37x12.5 is available in Mastercraft MXT (Cooper tire) and is 70lbs for D load. The KO2 is a meh tire. I wouldn't trust those outside of a mall parking lot

Sweet. Really like the street style Summit is bringing. Must be a new wheels kind of week!

What are the options for D rated 285/75/16's? Have E rated ones on now but haven't been doing much off roading lately and looking for softer tires, but just about everything I come across is E rated for this size and higher.

Problem is there aren’t many options in that size.

check the milestar Patagonia Mt’s. Pretty sure they were offered in a lower load rating for larger tires. My 37’s are a load range D

Right. I’m not aware of any decent AT C-load in a 37. Hence my excitement for the 2021 Raptor KO2s. Just hope the’ll clear on my stock wheels.

The only AT tire I've come across so far (thats available) in 285+ is the Nitto Grappler with a D load and even that was in limited supply. None in C

Same issue with tires for my M3 right now. Been on backorder for 7 months, expected BFgoodrich cargo containers arrive mid June, supposedly.

Thanks!! Yes, going forged. Still trying to keep a trucky looking wheel while lightweight. Losing about 4 lbs off my current method 17".

Idk.. they've seen water. It's baked on. Lol

Ya know.. I thought about it briefly when they were out for the upper pan and motor mounts.. should have jumped on that opportunity.

Pretty sure I lost the sale of my factory y pipe to baked on mud and such. The AZ red clay made it look like rust

wow, that would-be killer. Would a set of 37's that are lighter like this still cause as much havoc on parts (it will but similar to the already current 315's i have which weigh in around the same.

I'm now on a JT platform that is much more ready to handle 37s with minimal mods. And with the 440hp TVS1900 and 8spd, power shouldn't be an issue. Still on the tail end of the blower install.

yah figured it would be fine for your new setup. Curious how it would be with those numbers if its just height rather than weight. I am running 315 KM3's now and have been debating on going to either a taller 34 or a different 35/315. The 315's on 9" wide SCS Rays10s take them down a notch so they do not even measure 34" when mounted.

Killer setup. too bad we cant mat a newer TVS setup to the Tacoma (someone should figure it out ha)

Larger diameter tires will add more stress even if the weight is the same. Hard to say what is too much depending on the use, IFS CVs are obviously the weak point in 4wd.

Toyo has a light weight 35, 35x11.5r17 AT3 in C-load at 63lbs IIRC, which is what I run now. One of the lightest 35 ATs I could find.

Yah that will always be an issue with IFS. 63 not bad crazy how much 5lbs makes a difference. I will be likely swapping to 2 piece rotors and going back to another less wide rim once I install my +2 kit upfront. Was going to go with the same wheel I had before but may look for a lighter wheel. If I can save some weight on the brakes and rims then hopefully help offset some of the tire.

I have been debating finding a D or even C range over E. I do beat up the tires well enough and always have gashes or some stuff so have been hesitant to go to a different type.
