    Yep. Between 2.5 - 2.7

Sorry to say, you're going to need to cut the snout because you need to stay in between 6.5-8 psi and if you open up the exhaust you are going to eliminate the choke point considerably AND you are at higher elevation so that drops down your boost inherently so you have to make up for it by supplying the blower with more air.

No need to apologize @12TRDTacoma, I'm here for the knowledge so I do this right the first time around

I guess I better add a snout cutter to my growing shopping list.

I have the URD Quick change w/2.6", but have not installed yet. Still on the 2.825". Assuming it will not be much different than other offerings.

URD Headers are the gold standard. Getting the remainder of the equal length Y pipe and cat back would compliment the 1GR FE firing order. Past versions required people to add another resonator or smaller muffler to help with rasp and sound levels. They may have accounted for that with the redesign, but I would be prepared for the possible modification if not satisfied.

Unless equal length as noted above, I think the others are similar and address the low hanging section that interferes with some skid plates. I had the Doug Thorley until one of the hangers rusted out and created a big hole. Could have rewelded but assumed more deterioration. Went with the standard URD y pipe and all is well.

URD also has the fuel pump kits that move the fuel filter out of the gas tank for easier service. The pick up screen is still used at the pump. I have the Deatchwerks 200, the Walbro255 are also plenty for our levels of power. Some have gone big with a 320 from AEM?? that is well liked. I upgraded my pump while still on the 3" pulley and noticed an improvement in response, especially on long pulls up hill. I'm near sea level so more is needed. I believe the general consensus is to upgrade the pump ASAP, even though some don't think they need to. I'd bet they would notice they difference though. And the swap really is not that difficult. Best to have a near empty tank and a big wrench for the cap if you don't want the specialty tool.

-I do not work for URD and realize they have failed us in certain areas. But they do have some good products for such a small operation.

No beef here, this has gone back and forth for >5 years. Wasn't trying to single you out. No doubt your elevation hides the need.
    Boost on!

I ordered the 320 AEM and received a 345. But I could tell a difference right away. The big wrench strap was next to useless on getting the cap off. I used a large flathead and a hammer on the ridges of the cap until it cracked open. Same with getting it closed. No damage to the cap either

Despite what they offer with external fuel filters retrofits it still does not negate the need for the internal strainer. If you do not run the internal strainer before the pump's pick up, then you risk sucking in some junk at the bottom of your tank and ruining that fancy new fuel pump retrofit you just installed.

The pump upgrade made a huge difference even when NA going up hills, I 100% agree. The truck wouldn't feel so gutless anymore which was a big issue beforehand.

I think we agree? I just called it the pick up screen instead of the strainer. You probably know the proper term better than I.

Internal strainer/ pick up screen was reused with the swap.

another advantage to the external fuel filter is being able to change it in 10min for 10$.
not, oh shit i need a tow to the dealer to get jacked around and spend lots of money.

I still stand biased to the side against an external filter. It's not only another potential leak point, but there is also chance to clog that filter and go lean.

    Proceed how you deem fit.

I've used the flathead/hammer combo on another vehicle that I installed a walbro 255 in and that did the trick @scootter82

@12TRDTacoma, are you just using the strainer and no fuel filter or does the AEM have an in tank?

For the folks that added stoptechs to the front (ideally +2 LT but +3.5 prob works) which brake line mount did you get? I selected 3-5” lift figured I’d be closer to 3” and the the line is about 20” long where as the one that comes with LT kit is 13.5”. was curious of the shorter one wired or if you eliminated more hard lines.

The AEM comes with a fuel tank pickup strainer/ filter setup but it doesn't work for our bucket so I run an aftermarket in tank pickup filter/ strainer setup.
