    This^

Took way longer than I expected it to. I was using a ratchet and actually formed a blister on my hand because it took so long.

You can hook it up to a drill that goes really slow and just sit there and hold it. Thats what I would do if I had to do it over again. Didn't have my drill at the time so I got a workout, lol.

I formed one also. You tend to get comfortable and all the rotations overtime get your hand where you are holding the extension hot from all the friction. Usually if you have a Snap-On extension or similar with a gripped area at the beginning of the extension it will dig into your skin (if you are wearing disposable gloves or not) and burn the hot spot of you hand, later causing a blister. So be careful.

Yes .. I used a cordless. Shavings will fly all over the place. I covered the bottom and a friend held a vacuum right next to the cutter.

Nope .. but I had to cool mine down every so often. Had a 10v, it was over heating. Just don't go too fast.

In summary: Use a manual rachet. Similar to when you have a pie in the oven. Slow and steady leaves perfect results.

You will be #5 on the groupbuy. Either I can contact them now or build up a larger group. It is up to the guys collectively as a whole. No info on pricing yet, or how this will work. I can make a phone call to them by tomorrow if everyone would like me to proceed forward.

Who are you going to have do that for you? Or are you going to do it yourself?

    #5 on a 5-minimum GB. No pressure. I’m in.

Though couldn’t hurt to see if they offer a larger discount for a larger group before moving forward.

I did inquire about that when I initially called and they did say the more purchasing the more the price goes down.
