    Yes
This was my problem, issue ended up being a leaking exhaust valve that I'm currently repairing

Jesus. What a mess it's been with all these misfiring trucks. Both before and currently.

would this be a valid remedy for a A/C condenser fan for those of us that are attempting to convert to the Camero/Vette PWM controlled fan?

Using the PAC TR-7 module's Feature #6 Pulse extender/Delayed turn-off to control a dedicated push fan at the condenser. According to the specs of the TR-7, timed outputs can programmed up to 4 min and 15 seconds. The output would go to a suitable relay, then to the fan. In theory, this would get close enough condenser fan runtime until the Camero/Vette fan gets up to speed.

here's the stuff for the TR-7 Module..

I can't leave anything well enough alone
You have a dual sensor AFR gauge if I recall reading correctly? Have you tried swapping sensors from side to side to see if it tracks the sensor or stays the same? I would be diagnosing your gauge after the initial once over of the engine didn't turn up anything obvious.

    That should work theoretically.

I don't like the pusher fan idea and since there is already a lack of space I don't know how that would fit in there given the supercharger intercooler is taking up space that would otherwise be free.

I think that is what turned me away from initially trying to fit one of those on there in the first place back in the day.

ah, luckily for me, or not..I don't have one of them intercooler thingies. I don't think there's enough space in between the condenser and radiator for a fan, I need to check on that

Yeah that's right. You're not boosted right?

Have an extra radiator in front of the two already there makes for some serious space issues.

It’s not every time, and sometimes the truck will be like half warmed up and I can just feel some sort of miss at idle. Its not harsh but sometimes when I’m out of the truck I can hear it doing it also. How does one go about collecting mode 6 misfire data? Is that something I can use the hptuner logger for or do I need a fancy scantool?

I am not familiar with HPtuner.. but yes, a fancy scan tool would be necessary. The Fusion APP im using right now with a inexpensive Bluetooth adapter has the ability for Mode 6 Data.

Mode 6 Data is really great to have for diagnosing potential drivability problems that does not have a MIL/DTC. For instance, my misfire at cold starts most of the time does not set a MIL/DTC, but I know its there. So going to Mode 6 I can see what cylinder(s) the misfire is happening at. In my case, #4

Here's a screen shot of my current Mode 6 data showing #4
    Screenshot_20220330-062934.jpg

And also im getting an occasional P0430 Pending code, which means has not set a MIL/DTC yet. Viewing Mode 6 can give me a sense if its the Cat Conv. or a 02 sensor(s) not reading correctly.. P0430 is a Cat Conv. Efficiency below threshold..

Posting here as well. Since most of the Homies are here. I know there have been reports, and I don't know a whole lot since I'm Auto, but know enough that I thought I'd share.

2 Clutch Master Hydraulic Throw out Bearing failures in a month.. my buddy first, and now a co-worker (who are both on TW). Both have less than 10k, probably less than 5k miles. 2 different shops installed them.. and the failures happened about 2-3 weeks apart. First buddy just had his replaced last week and paid out of pocket for another kit to replace it.. and has yet to deal with Clutch Masters on any warranty claims or anything. Then this today with my co-worker..

    Currently in the parking lot.

I'm not sure how the hydro throw out bearings are designed to work, but it sure doesn't look good. If I was to take a guess I'd say that is coming from the hydro TOB setup.

Looking at all the issues these manual guys go through I'm really glad that I got an auto.

It is. Like I said the first time it happened to my buddies X, we poked around and found its leaking from the TOB. My co-worker just walked in and said his Trans was leaking.. I poked underneath to look since I was still recently familiar with the other failure.. and its the same. What a joke...

I’m happy I’m not an auto and have a manual. I’m also happy I chose not to install mine due to every thing I heard after I purchased it. I ended up selling it so it worked out.

I love the manual trans even with all it's quirks. It's still fun as hell to drive and some of those quirks can be ironed out, same as the auto trans.

I hate those clutchmasters hydrobearings though.
