yessir I can easily register it outside of the city with no emissions required. I need to still get in touch with you over the phone to have you walk me through hooking up the new laptop with fresh HP software on it to the truck that already has your tunes on it.. just worried myself or it will do something it shouldnt.

GR Corolla for sure. I'm trying to convince the wife car payments would be worth it again for that fun little sucker.

Hey guys. Just put my supercharger on my 13’ last week. Uploaded the Trd tune onto it and all went well.
I have the innovate wideband installed in the “y” pipe where they join to 1. (Calibrated the sensor as per manual)
Took the truck for a few pulls and noticed at WOT I’m running 7.4AFR at 6.5-7psi boost. This is crazy rich??? Sensor works great till I’m WOT it goes to 7.4 under boost and stays at that.
    Anyone ever have this issue?

The TRD tune is really rich. A good tune will correct that.

Oh boy. You're using innovates. Those gauges are a big no no because they are known to read incorrectly and have general E8 errors at random. They also run Bosch sensors and those are horrid as well because they have a tendency to just die for no reason. Just because they feel like it.

There is a big chance those gauges could be wrong, but based on the fact that you are seeing similar readings on bank 1 and 2 that is telling me you have a huge overfueling issue. You may have something hooked up wrong. Regardless, it would be smart to hook up a scanner and check your STFT's and LTFT's. I can assist you more on what you need to do following that, but from here you need to do that first.

Did you perform the FPR mod (AKA boost reference the fuel pressure regulator) on an otherwise currently factory setup? What type of fuel pump are you running?

Hello group I know maybe I'm asking too much but is there any one that can explain clearly what and how the FPR mod works and how to install one with pictures.
Or maybe refer to a good post that does it.

You would only be cutting two of the wires. Unless you want to tap in to the heater wires to power it up. That is if the heaters run constantly. Someone may know. The instructions say they are NOT submersible. This device will make its own signal for the rear o2's. I say if someone has a bad urd sim harness we should look into finding someone who can make them and use it as a sample. There is a guy on ebay making inexpensive electrical devices, like fan controllers, speed correction, etc. But that part may be wishful thinking. lol

Signals only. Heaters turn off eventually and are designed to warm up the o2 sensors prior to full cat warm up so they can start controlling emissions faster.

This was the original strategy of heated oxygen sensors, this strategy may have changed, however.

well.. I'm the guy with a bad URD harness.. lol I want to cannibalize mine and see if I can get these to work. The heater trigger and number of wires is where my brain goes :goingcrazy: I'm more than willing to try this little hack job if you guys can point me in the right direction. I was also thinking of extending the wiring and getting the Sim up in the cab. or make a sealed unit somehow.

There is grommets in the bottom of the cab. I used one for my rear view camera leads. Close to the frame rails.

As far as the O2 sims from URD. I wonder if anyone local to them could physically stop in there and speak to gadget or his partner and ask them for what ever diagram they used to produce them. Making it clear that you aren’t asking them to sell them because we know they can’t, but rather sharing what they used. It’s a big ask but maybe they’ll say yeah.

I thought Innovate was good for AFR but not so good for boost? minus the sensors.
