    I am wondering if an auxiliary intake is available for the older intake?
    Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Si Cold Air Intake System w/Pro 5R Filter Media

    Or is it just a port to pull in engine bay heat and dust? Washer fluid reservoir blocks half of it. Would need to fab something to match that opening.

    Nothing currently on the market mates up to that opening. aFe does provide a plug for that "port" with the intake FWIW.

    That's what I thought but hoped they may have offered something early on, including a Washer Fluid relocation.
    Maybe I can 3D print an adapter that mates up to some tuning similar to the URD intake.

    I have both intakes. The older one (non momentum) is much louder. You can cut a hole and run a duct to use the current scoop for the momentum. I am curious which performs better. Sounds like a fun future test.

    Over on the tundra s/c forum those guys are all about monitoring intake air temps. Lowering that quicker is the best feature of the front ram intake. Alternatively, they cut a secondary intake hole in the airbox/fender

    Part of my motivation is a made new fender liners after upping to 35s and I want to insure airflow in the even mud or snow cakes over the new intake holes I drilled.
    The volant scoop is a good idea. I may take you up on that.

    MATs (manifold air temps) would be a better item to monitor but without plumbing in sensors for those it is difficult to know what they are. The best way to keep them down is either with Meth/ water injection or E85.

    I thought I needed it but I believe in the end it wasn't really needed due to elevation neutering my air flow (from the impression I got from JustDSM). Still, more headroom for future growth I guess Hahaha.

    I may have to go through past logs at some point and see what was up.

    Look at your MAF voltage. If you're not clipping at 5.0volts or very close to it, I'd recommend sticking with your existing setup.
