Do you have one? What's it like? How's the 10 speed tranny?

There's no replacement for displacement in my book...

Not at this time. Once software becomes available we'll definitely be working on it.

I do not, a coworker recently got his.
I have driven a few briefly at my second job, valet. Enough to impresses me with the design, but not enough to get to know the new trans.

The interior of the 22 is pretty awesome! I like how they have the switches on the center console instead of buttons. But the exterior is kinda blah

I also have a frac harness for anytime reverse camera. And instead of a front camera I hooked it to the kids DVD players in the back so I can watch movies too haha.

I drove one and it was pretty nice. Other company’s are faster and better. But I like sticking with Toyota and Lexus.

Do you know the backspacing or offset of those wheels? Trying to find some that sit flush with the fenders

Morning y’all - long time no talk!!

Have a few questions for y’all:

    1. Those of you that have the URD LT headers installed; what did you do to minimize the additional heat the headers generate? Didn’t anticipate the extra heat they create and sitting on trails with the AC on, the factory cooling fan just doesn’t cut it, even with the oversized radiator. MASSIVE amounts of heat soak with these things. Everything in my coolant system is new, with the exception of the hoses (thermostat, water pump, radiator, fan clutch, etc…) I think my options are wrap the headers, ceramic coat them, and/or put louvers in the hood to allow air to come out? I’d even consider possibly putting my factory manifolds back on…

*EDIT - just realized these headers are ceramic coated from the manufacturer, so that removes that option… honestly don’t know if the performance gain of these is worth the additional impacts all the extra heat generated will have…hmmmmm…. Reinstalling factory manifolds would also probably mitigate issue #3…

    2. I’m considering a regear + a front locker. For those of y’all that are supercharged, regeared, heavy and offroad, how long did your rear end last after regearing? I’m on 35’s, fully armored, ~1000lbs in the bed. I’ve been apprehensive about regearing as it would make an already weak diff weaker (smaller pinion) and I’ve already gone through one diff (stupid line). When I talked to folks at ECGS, and I quote “a regeared diff in your setup will see a limited life on earth” lol. The route I want to go is a Dana 60 but $5.5k vs $700 (as far as ECGS goes). I know it’s largely dependent on driving style but just figured I’d see if they are blowing immediately or holding together for a while under a bit of abuse.

    3. My current exhaust setup has a ton of rasp from 2-3k RPM. I have the URD LT headers to a custom 3” setup from the headers back. I have a 3” vibrant ultra quiet resonator into a 3” RAM muffler. I don’t mind a little volume, although I’d like it to be as quiet as possible. Absolutely can’t stand the rasp though. I was thinking of swapping the muffler with a Walker quiet flow muffler but then have also had recommendations of adding a high flow cat or another resonator. Any suggestions?

    And to follow up….

…just wanna thank you guys a million for the support when I rebuilt the top end of my engine. I’ve put almost 6k on everything since the rebuild and it’s ran absolutely flawlessly with no issues engine wise. The support here is always amazing!! Enjoy some adventure pics since the rebuild!!

There's a coating that motoiq did. It's white but works very well, I don't remember the name. You are limited in heat extraction with skids and bumpers. For a cheap solution you can try a hood riser. Washers under the hood to lift it up. Can also install vents like the trackspec ones.
For #2 are you elocker on non. If elocker I would convert to non elocker for added strength but that'll be a nice coin.
For #3 you can try a cambered muffler or something like an areo turbine muffler.

Those are factory 20’s with spidertrax spacers

Didn’t even think of hood spacers, that would be the way I’d go for sure for ventilation…

    2. I am factory locked. Would you do that or upgrade to 3g factory 8.75” rear? I feel like at that point if I’m spending that money I would just go for the Dana

    3. yeah that’s what I was thinking.

really liking the idea of putting factory manifolds back on… ugh! Lol!
