Is this undersize?

 

Make sure you contact the guy and say your supercharged. The current model doesn't fit (have one in my garage) and he's making revisions to work with the SC.

 

Why would he go undersize if that would underboost him ya goof. Lol.

I recommend to others to refrain from posting up links about the part without explicitly stating that as of current it will NOT fit SC applications to avoid others from viewing, clicking, and ultimately buying the part without knowledge of knowing it won't fit our stuff.

No stock size just Lighter than stock one then after sanding and polishing a little less than the NST out of the box

Question for the knowledge base:

How often do you change idler pulleys/bearings? I'm asking in general, not due to mechanical failure (grinding, squealing, etc.)

I'm coming up to 200K miles, and wonder if I should change these as part of general maintenance. I change my serpentine belt every 50K miles for peace of mind. Last I checked, the bearings were "fine".

Thoughts / ideas?

 

i drove it to the shop 10 days ago to see why its making bad noises. its either a simple 2k fix or a 12k motor swap. so NOTHING has happened yet.
