Yeah single digits club over here lol. Because race truck. I should have tried calculating it though when I road tripped a few weeks ago. Did like 300 miles of hwy in a weekend which is the most street driving my truck has seen in years.

nice yah the road trips are the max mpgs tests. Last year when I blew my rear end in Mexico. Had to drive back in 4WD no rear. FWD essentially. BEST MPG ever hahahaha got like 16ish MPG FWD and only going 55 max tooooook forever but my wallet was happier and not happy at the same time.

Good timing as I think my new tundra axle housing is arriving today!

Yeah my truck doesn’t really see road miles. Mostly dirt and in the 4-6mpg range unfortunately. It’s smiles per gallon now lol. Last winter I got 40miles to a tank snow wheeling one day

Yeah I'm not tinkering yet, but when all is said and done I'll pickup a cheap VW wagon and get 50 mpg as a commuter

Yep daily driver mod is nice. I drive my truck like 3k miles a year now and it’s 95% dirt and fun. 5% using it in the winter when it snows or just a fun drive to work on a Friday

I using NorCal gasoline with the 2.85 pulley and HPT and several other mods. On 35s and stock gears, no major added weight. I average low 12mpg mixed. 13.5-14mpg for road trips.

I've experienced a mpg drop similar to what @FishingInSand is saying, but I attributed it to skinny pedal mash because it was after a mod, which I can't recall.

Yeah I work construction so I'd be using my truck at least 1 day a week but that still is a big help. Plus then I can feel comfortable working on my truck and not rushing before work tomorrow lol

All this talk about fuel economy in a boosted thread of a truck that is not meant to be counted on for fuel economy. Lol.

I’m just happy to see that the quest to get even more horrible gas mileage is truly alive and well

If it was more easily available I would be all over it. I can prob get one installed and almost did last year BUT technically not smog legal. Unsure why since they have EO's for newer vehicles.

That's my only concern I need to find me a good ol boy smog tech lol or form a Montana LLC and never pay registration again with a forever plate. Group buy LLC anyone? We can split the yearly $125 renewal fee 10 ways

Oh boy, here we go! Aren’t there no smog counties even in SoCal (maybe near Brawley or Borrego?)? Can’t you get a PO Box there and register there or something?

SoCal likes to crack down on that loophole. They will ticket high end cars with northwestern plates cause they know it's a front and ppl are skirting SMOG and CA tax and tag fees.
