Can a few of you post videos of your reservoirs with pump on? I feel like I have air in the lines that go to the intercooler that are causing the flow to be low. anyone add a bleeder union to one of those hose?

Might want to try some 5-40 oil and see if it'll shut up. You and I both know that timing chain equipped cars are hell of louder compared to their timing belt equipped counter parts.

Like I stated before it only started after new VVT gears, valve springs and camshafts. I'm going to parts warranty one of the gears to start. unfortunately I'm starting with the drivers side. So off comes the super charger again. Should I put in the poly coupler? I have 30-34k on the supercharger.

Oh right. I slightly remember reading that before I just couldn't remember if that was you that wrote that. I personally would attribute that issue to faulty VVT gears before valve springs or the cams themselves. I would absolutely throw in a poly coupler especially since the entire assembly will be off, it's makes the job that much easier.

Don't play with that. Just replace both again.

Holy shit that transgo transmission kit had me questioning life decisions lol. It wasn't too bad about 4 hours start to finish, just taking my time and double checking everything especially using the drill bit and finish reamer.

Definitely not for those who arent detail oriented.

Anyone that installed meth, does it matter where the spray is introduced? I was thinking of having a piece machined like the URD 7th injector mount to install the nozzle and it would be directly after the throttle body. I saw snow performance include an adapter plate as such on some of their vehicle spec kits. Or is a threaded nozzle adapter on the intake preferred?

    Teaser with my 2 incher

Post throttle body a solonoid is required as the vacuum pressure will suck meth from the nozzles when it isn't supposed to be injecting and that causes some interesting driveability issues.

In case you haven't seen this thread yet, @BassAckwards tried it already.

Most of us have threaded nozzles directly into the usually-plastic intake tube and sealed it with E6000 glue.

Haven't researched it much other than what I've seen on some of the build threads. Glad I asked. I'm going to order some meth in the next couple weeks. Definitely what I needed. Thanks!

Who made that? Smooth flow? Looks like the quick change hub sticks out more so they could remove material under where the belt rides.

Yes. Nate smoothflow made this. I was told the new hub will mate up flush as before so the quick change may protrude with the little bit more material on the front end. I won't have it on until I cut the snout ~.35" for the clearance but I'll snap a couple more pics when I have it in hand.

2.85 is loving this cold weather in SoCal. Most boost I’ve seen to date with 44 degree ambient tonight. Can’t wait to get my new tune from @JustDSM this week to compare with the TRD ECU!

I forgot about that. That would explain me hitting 7 psi lately with below freezing temps in the morning haha

Anyone have a link to the supercharger coupler kit? All I'm seeing is a $250-300 kit or a la cart.
