I still need to get your pulley presser from you so I can press in my hub the 1/8" deeper it needs to go so the belt will stop the incessant chirping it's been doing for years from the misalignment.

We'll find out when I get it in the bay. Also still not fully fitted up. Id need to get a coupler that fits to the 85mm TB.. and possibly move the barb over to the plastic tube instead of the molded piece.

It's not fully fitted up yet. I can remove the meth injection ring but thought it was a nice piece to fit up so I can remove the system for inspection

yah you will want it removable for CA non sense.

Im likely moving a few things around including the SAIS again to try and fit the TC Howe steering pump resivoir as I relocated it to where its suppose to go. It won't fit there with the SAIS relocated near the stock steering pump resi. May remove my 2nd battery and see if we can hack together some mount that's offset for the stock mount.

The stock location is probably the best place for the ps reservoir as it's at a good height and can be isolated from the engine vibes. Howe pump instructions say you don't want it too far away from the pump about 12-15". Glad I don't have to deal with the SAIS. Does the SAIS need to be in any specific location? I'm sure you could tuck it away in the corner since you moved it already once.

Doesnt need to be in a specific (SAIS) just a good spot. I was thinking moving it back to the stock location that offset due to the TRD intake and move it back up front. Im having a shop take care of it due to no time. I need to see what they ended up doing.

Yeah I read the forums last night and saw putting in in "4" would lock the torque converter or something and that actually made a huge difference today. I have the mishimoto radiator and the zzp oil pump sitting in my garage, I might as well add a trans cooler at the same time and just have a total cooling overhaul.

It probably is honestly. The install on the early Pulleyboys hub compared to the smoothflows hub required you press I'm further than the surface. I didn't have anything at the time large enough to continue pressing the shaft so I went as far as I could and called it good. I got a small chirp chirp at low RPM now and nowhere else and belts and pulleys are definitely known good so it's got to be that.

yah youw ill want it for sure. I felt after the CSF it cools nice but did not do as good as the stock. I cant recall if the stock one has a built tin area for cooling the trans compared to the CSF but I did S/C and CSF at the same time and had nothing but heat issues. Def curious to see how the Mishi treats ya.

After searching for hours, I finally gave up on trying to find the K050705RPM belt and ordered a couple 6 rib RPM belts, even those were getting hard to find.

As far as I know, they are readily available in Europe, but those companies won't ship to US, I asked. We need someone with a friend or relative in Europe, to buy as many belts as will fit in some sort of generic shipping box, or extra suitcase, and get them to the TW rep for distribution. I think there are a lot of people on here that would buy one as a spare if nothing else.

Link for the 6 rib version that you got?

I dunno how much they will cost by the time they are in your hands, but I think there would be many people that would sign up for a group buy of sorts... and if you had a bunch of them, I'm sure people would pay a pretty penny when they want that belt and only that belt.

There was someone else on here that said they had a contact at gates... on the inside so to speak, I wonder if anything came of that.
