High, sustained loads on the TRD tune will target 9:1 in some instances.

That is correct, you get the EO labels from the parts department at Toyota dealers, and the manager is the one who orders the label.
Unfortunately the labels were discontinued shortly after the supercharger program was discontinued. Some parts departments bought whatever inventory they could find, so that's where you need to look. If you pass through Orange County check with Tustin Toyota. I got a spare label from them last year and they had a handful left.

I am near there — I’ll try there next if RSM Toyota is not able to get it.
Do you know what part number you got?
    I have found one, 00602-34158

I’d have to reach out to my buddy, usually does wraps and stuff but could probably print. Or the dirt bike graphics company that I’ve worked with for close to two decades now will make anything for me, depends if he’s cool with this sort of thing

I think @BillDaCat8 hooked me up with some stickers when I picked up my truck. Not sure if he has more lying around.

Yea, he isn't at the DLR anymore and I got my spare sticker from him a couple years ago.

I want to thank you for this tread as my guidelines to rebuild the S/C TRD and I just finish rebuild mine last week and bought rebuild kit from ebay for $200 and slide hammer kit $45. I'm following the video from this tread from beginning until end and it's make the job a lot easier thanks for that.
But when I bought rebuild kit from ebay I got 4 bearings and 2 needle bearings from them, 2 bearings is for nose bearings and 2 smaller bearings I don't know for what as the video on this tread doesn't say anything and I just realized after couple days, is it 2 small bearings suppose to be for bearings rotor supercharger?
Let me know if I'm wrong if not I want to know how to replace it.
2nd thing they gave me 8oz supercharger oil, do I need to put it in all of them bc impossible because I didn't take it down from truck when I rebuild it. I even tilted my truck so I can put more s/c oil on it.
Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

All these number base on stock pulley right?

I don't try yet to WOT after rebuild it change the pulley to 2.85 urd, intake manifold spacer and 76mm TB. I just scare if will be too lean,
When is in idle and cruising I got between 14.3 to 14.7

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
Regarding the 8oz of SC oil, that I just a common container size. It is more than needed. I would not try to overfill by tilting or anything. With the truck level, add to fill hole until fluid starts to run out and then reinstall fill plug. Just like topping off a differential. Overfill=no bueno.

Those values are mostly irrelevant of pulley size. Unless some limiting mechanical factor was involved. Dipping to 14.3 would occur with a slight load. Do you have a boost gauge?

I just want to make sure the nose bearing got the oil too so not dry but at least I can fill it up about 6oz and who knows the oil will be reduce bc the heat on s/c as when I take it out the old oil from s/c, it's only about 2 or 3oz

i would prefer to fasten it how magnuson intended. that foam is rated to vaporize when sucked in the motor. id hate to use a glue that caused problems.
