Dang images dissapeared. Either case it shows I can hit the 84* with less than 100% Pedal Position.
Am I missing something fundamental here?

No, but you're focusing on details that are insignificant to the actual operation. It's a byproduct of throttle and torque table mapping. It's by design. As I told you last night. Your truck is fine.

What intake/filter do you have on the truck?

OK, that was what I was suspecting.
I have the AFE Magnum Force with Dry Filter.

I am still stuck on the logs showing less than WOT when I have it floored. Along with my AFR from the Wideband.

    My interpretation-
I smash throttle to the floor, reach +8 psi at over 4k RPMs, AFR down to ~12.2. Feels strong, keeps pulling, no cells. The logs show no issue. Do I truly need to be at max RPM to see the Wideband measure below 12?
But I would expect AFR to be below 12 at that point.
What am I missing? I can't help but think I am lean under boost. Not sure how to ignore. I wish I could log that with HPtuners. I think there may be a way with the newer MPV dongle.

Those MAF numbers on the old log at 5800 RPMs are pretty good. 40F outside helps.

Anyone runnning an lsd or lunchbox in the rear diff? I currently have a powertrax no slip locker and have ran it for a few years. I havent fully road tested it with the supercharger yet. Anyone have experience with the no slip and the supercharger? I want to ensure it doesnt grenade on me and wanted to hear feedback.

    In a TRD off-road??

So you swapped the whole axle housing?

Yes, it’s a TRD OffRoad, so I have ATRAC, electronic brake booster and all the good stuff with a geared (not clutched) auto-locker.
The third is from a sport model and the Detroit locker was added to that.

is the 12.2 from the OEM widebands? They don’t go under 12.0 on my truck (Scangauge 3) but my Innovate shows the true readings deep into the 11s.

I’d trust what @JustDSM says, as he is the most knowledgeable one I have interacted with!

    Reference is a PLX wideband.

We are trying some different cals. I definitely trust his experience. Been working with him for 3 years now. Was an all around improvement over the UCON. I am trying to align his descriptions with my understanding, which is lacking.

Can’t swap just the third, has to be the whole axle housing. I actually did that too after I destroyed the stock axle in my TRDOR. Went with a Harrop e-locker, which has been trouble free, but I would definitely get the Detroit locker (not the true trac LSD) if I were to do it over again.

I just crawled under the truck again… you’re right. I was misremembering the setup - all the wiring for the locker/OffRoad specific stuff is still there, but the axle housing is different.

    Happy Friday!

I know there's a dog thread somewhere on TW, but I had to share the news first over here.

Adopted a new family dog/puppy today. Got her from a local rescue group and her DNA test claims that she's 1/4 GSD, 1/4 Pitty, 1/4 Siberian Husky, and the remainder is Supermutt.

Her given name was "Daffodil".... so "Daffy" for short.

Anyone with both ( water pump and crank) NST pulleys recall if I’m gonna be able to change the water pump without removing the crank pulley? I feel like I recall they were very tight when I installed but can’t recall. Need to change water pump or gasket as I’ve got a coolant leak there (fingers crossed it’s not a head gasket dripping nearby)

I removed the clutch fan first (if applicable) then the pump pulley studs for it to clear enough to angle the wp pulley.

Almost road ready. Working to get tuned this week and still have to setup gauges and install AEM fuel pump. The fun never stops!
