Oh nice, you're going all in hahaha! No issues at all with the methanol, it's great for cooling intake air with our heat prone superchargers. Everyone should run meth if they can get away with it.

Yep! Which system do you have for methanol? I've been looking at AEM but also read about Snow Performance.

I went with Aquamist due to needing to be different and finding an uninstalled but second hand system for sale locally. At the time they had a couple features which sounded better to me than the other systems available, mainly constant pressure loop circulation with the pump instead of ramping the pump motor up and down due to demand and then the metering out the required injection with a fast acting solonoid valve (had one fail and replaced it). It's been pretty reliable overall.

Also have a build thread with most of the details listed or linked in the first post.

Did your tune get adjusted for the larger tube?

To those who monitor fuel pressure; what values do you typically see?
My manual states between 40.8 and 41.7psi is normal. I read around 41. Under high load it goes to ~47psi. This is on a diagnosis gauge. At shutoff it drops to 37psi and holds for at least 10 minutes. Manual states it should remain above 21psi after 5 minutes.

50psi is way above what I have been finding as the spec.

    Hmm,
I have a brand new stock regulator and a newish AEM 320 with external filter. Ran the DW255 before that.

heres the video. ignore the loud ass noise. its what happens with the chain tensioner bolt for the tensioner between the 2 cams comes undone. the fuel gauge is lower one on the A-pillar. it reads middle between the 40-60.

Mines anywhere from 41-43psi depending on the ambient temp. But im running the UCon and it wants to see steady fuel pressure so it is not boost referenced

I am not boost referenced. Wondering if I should try. Also thought of reinstalling my UCON again to try something different.
My injectors are not maxed. Fuel pressure is ideal at idle. Not sure how much it should be going up when under load. Still leans out once into boost.

What do your short and long term fuel trims look like at idle and under load?

I replaced my battery yesterday, so these may not have much history behind them. These were this morning after a warm up and short drive to work.
    STFT1 -0.8%
    STFT2 -1.6%
    LTFT1 0.0%
    LTFT2 -1.6%

I did capture some logs before and after replacing battery via HPTuners. I think the trims were similar, nothing stood out.

Yeah those seem fine but keep an eye on them as you drive more. I would probably swap to the UCON just to see if there’s any difference and see what happens. You also mention it goes lean under boost. I like having the guardian kick in if it cant meet target AFRs. That would be more of a reason for me to swap over until you figure out what’s causing this issue

Just cross posting here since the topic came up. Recently a Tundras member had a meth injection failure. Flooded his engine boost juice and killed it.

Wow that sounds super shitty and its good to be aware that the possibility exists. Investigating his posts it looks like he had an AEM injection kit.

In my particular case I'm too concerned with my system (knock on wood). My injection gauge is on my pillar and has a fault light and an injection bar light that increases with injection. It's pretty easy to see if something is acting odd. The injectors are metered via a fast acting solonoid valve, which would be far more likely to fail closed than open.
