I’ve been getting P0101 code every so often since I’ve installed my snorkel. Does not effect how it drives at all. I just keep erasing it and it goes away for a while. Besides replacing the MAF any other solutions?

Found this tucked away in the corner of the shop recently. Pretty sure I bought it years ago and forgot about it. Existing tensioner on the left has only had a breaker bar on it less than half a dozen times.

I completed shaving the stop and prepping to install it in place of the "new" existing one which practically has 0 miles on it.

I am running a 2.8" pulley for reference.

Been stalking your tacoma build thread recently, screenshotting for reference....do you recall the length you cut for the steel braided lines running to the FST fuel filter. I like your setup, super clean. Just ordered all the goodies last night.

have you changed or moved anything lately? The MAF has a seal or oring on it that is easy to lose if removed and reinstalled. I’d start there.

Thank you, I do not recall the length of hose I ordered but it's better to have more than less so id try 10-15ft as you can always use the remaining for something else.

Any recommendations on first mods to get a little more out of the supercharger?
    Pulley?
    Fuel pump?
    Injectors?
    Etc?
    what is best first?

Fuel pump is step 1 beyond the base magnuson supercharger and fit kit. It won't get you more power but the factory pump won't deliver enough fuel. Pulley and a supporting tune would be the easiest route for more power.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
Page 1 of this thread. Come up with a game plan.
    And agreed, fuel pump first.

I'm getting a game plan together to supercharge the daily. Because why not! Yeah.

    For my 09 1gfre.

Going with the magnuson M90. I currently don't have an upgraded CAI, I'm looking at the URD model that puts it in front of the radiator but I do see a lot of options out there. I already have cam gears that throw another 5% on the out stroke I believe, bought awhile ago and just never got around to throwing them in. Aside from doing the cam gears, should I look into any sort of replacement parts while I am under that area of the hood? Pulley, maf sensor, etc.

And I do note the fuel pump suggestion above, I'm mainly looking to just streamline the process on the supercharger install area.

No specific advice to give on parts but make sure your truck is foundationally strong i.e. up to par on maintenance. Going FI puts more strain on the engine, but if you're good maintenance wise, it'll be fun. Also, page 1 has the answers to 99% of the questions that you may have. Fuel pump and pulley is not a bad place to start.

you’re in California, so you have some constraints unless you know how to work around them. Fuel pump is #1 as others stated.
A tune and pulley would be next, but there is no CARB approved 2nd gen tune and the pulley change is not approved.

the injectors that come with the kit are more than enough

Thanks a lot! Wife doesn’t know about it lol! Early bday gift to me tho and a year before my 40th…should convince her right lol!

My only gripe about the URD, I’ve had it on my XRunner and my current truck. Sometimes when it downpours, it will stall out the truck, and throw a check engine light. Sometimes it would have a hard time starting back up again. I’ll never forget, right in front of my kids school, it stalled and luckily I was on an incline and was able to roll it back, parallel park it back into a spot…had to wait a few minutes before it could start up.

On my XRunner it wasn’t a problem since it wasn’t daily at the time but with my current truck…it happened a handful of times and opted to sell it. Was really happy with the sound and gains from it.
