So, I saw this control box. Reading what it could do I had to have it. It is very adjustable. Can balance between reading boost and fuel injector pulse. Basically you give it basic guidance and it loads a very accurate precise amount. So driving now on the freeway is so amazing. Shitloads of power! Like barely touch the pedal going 65 on flat/ slight incline. Afr's totally fine! Drives like I dropped at least one pulley size. Butt dyno guess, 15-20 hp. No kidding. Much bigger hp jump than trd tune to ovt. I'm very very happy. Its 80* on the freeway and the truck responds like its 20* out.

I also guessed with the adjustment based off their suggestions. I have no idea what potential is yet to be.

How’s the wiring for it? Going through a lot more meth now?

 

Simple wiring. No, I'm not using much. Maybe less that 3qt per tank. Need to sit on the settings for a bit before adjusting so I can see changes when I make them.

 

Wondering if I can mount the pump and tank in the bed and run the wiring and hose up. Snow has a nice in bed tank.

 

Installed my 2.5 pulley this weekend. With FPR mod my AFRs are 10.5 with 9psi boost on the OVTune 93 flash.

Prior to this, I was on the 2.7 pulley with AFRs in the 9s with FPR mod, so the 2.5 did help with rich AFRs and still kept me on the safe side. Next step is to wait to see if OVTUNE can dial this in more with his pulley specific tunes

Yes you can. I bet they will reccomend a solenoid to prevent backflow and braided lines. It would look nice. Just remember the pump must be at or below the tank placement. Their recommended idea.

 

Would look nice in the front of the bed. Make some mounts to attach to the rails.

 

I remember someone was talking about how the new BMW's use meth injection.

If that is the case does anyone know how that setup is rigged? That would have to require constant maintenance under the hood wouldn't it?

I did. Yes, I fill up once per tank. But I'm under the hood daily so I dont mind. Whatever tank you choose is great! Look into a brass 90* fitting for the tank outlet. It makes mounting options much easier. I would also reccomend a brace near the connector. Bang them around and they could get damaged. I dont have braided lines. They are probably a better route.
